A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q:  The uniform product photos do not show the logo.  Will my order arrive with the logo on the uniforms?
A:  Yes.  The uniform products that require a logo will be delivered with the logo on the uniforms.  Your uniforms will be ready to wear.


Q:  An item I purchased was backordered.  What do I do now?
A:  Kentucky Threadworks strives to have all products in stock.  However, backorders do happen occasionally.  If part of your order is backordered, you will be contacted by Kentucky Threadworks.

Q:  How will my Seton Catholic uniform order be delivered?
A:  You have the option of picking up your Seton Catholic uniform order at the school or having it shipped.  Select the option you prefer when you checkout.


Q:  How will I know when my Seton Catholic uniform order is ready to be picked up at the school?
A:  You will receive a delivery confirmation email on the day the uniforms are dropped off at the school.
